At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Office 1, 2 Retreat Gardens, Pattingham, Wolverhampton, WV6 4BX on 24 January 2022, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings Accountancy Services Limited, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 24 January 2022, the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as Joint Liquidators.
