At a General Meeting of the above- named Company, duly convened and held at 82-86 Sheen Road Richmond Surrey Tw9 1UF on 12 June 2019, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ms Rina Rohilla (IP No. 8232) of The Richmond Partnership, 82-86 Sheen Road Richmond Surrey TW9 1UF be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
