Special Resolution

“That the company be wound up voluntarily”.

Ordinary Resolution

“That Nicholas Barnett of Libertas Associates Limited, 3 Chandlers House, Hampton Mews, 191-195 Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Hertfordshire, WD23 1FL, be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding-up”.

CREDITORS DECISION PROCEDURE

At the subsequent virtual meeting of creditors on 29 June 2017 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Nicholas Barnett as liquidator.
