Notice is hereby given that on 18th June, 2020, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by Braidpoint Limited craving the Court inter alia that Braidpoint Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC613559) and having its registered office at 7 Fairyknowe Gardens, Bothwell, Glasgow G71 8RW (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 18th June, 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Hamilton, within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; meantime appoints Annette Menzies, Insolvency Practitioner of 18 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NU as provisional liquidator of the Company and authorises such provisional liquidator to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act, 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
