At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 40 Walmer Close, Marina Gardens, Northampton, NN5 4WL on 10 February 2020 at 4.00 pm the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:-

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them."
