"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kerry Pearson (IP No. 016014) and Iain David Nairn (IP No. 013594) both of Azets, Bede House, 3 Belmont Business Park, Durham, DH1 1TW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
