Notice is hereby given that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Company on 30 July 2019.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 31 October 2019 to send in their names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their Solicitors (if any) to the Joint Liquidators at RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ of the said Company, and if so required by notice, in writing, prove their debts or claims at such time and place as is specified in such notice, or in default they will be excluded from any distribution.
