A Petition to wind up the above-named Company (registered no 04758549) c/o Sharma & Co, 247 Hagley Road, Birmingham B16 9NA,whose principal trading address is Stratford Street North, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, West Midlands B11 1BL; previously registered under the name of Catering Solutions UK Limited presented on 4 March 2016 by LESTA PACKAGING PLC, of 21 Nedham Street, Leicester LE2 0HD (the Petitioner), claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG, on Tuesday, 14 June 2016, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
