At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Collingwood Buildings, 38 Collingwood Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 1JF on 16 December 2015 at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:-

“That pursuant to Section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 the Company be wound up voluntarily, that Mark Phillips and Julie Swan, both of PCR (Newcastle) Limited, 2nd Floor, Cuthbert House, Newcastle upon Tyne NE21 2ET, (IP Nos. 9320 and 9168) be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
