A Petition to wind up the above-named company of BPCA Limited (07253504) of King George V Lodge, King George V Road, Amersham HP6 5FB, whose nature of business is 68209 - Other letting and operating of own or leased real estate, presented on Thursday 19 December 2019, at 12:00 by CARDIFF COUNTY COUNCIL, of County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice , Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 February 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
