At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held by telephone on 29 July 2022 at 3.00 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip David Reynolds (IP No. 21190) and Philip James Watkins (IP No. 009626) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
