NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Article 81 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 that a MEETING of the CREDITORS of the above-named company will be held at the offices of RSM, Number One, Lanyon Quay, Belfast, BT1 3LG on 28 February 2018 AT 10:00 am for the purposes of converting this Members Voluntary Liquidation to a Creditors Voluntary Liquidation.

In the period prior to the 28 February 2018 creditors may contact the office of the Liquidator for such information concerning the affairs of the company as they may reasonably require.
