A Petition to wind up the above named Company whose registered office is 8 Gretton Street, Barleythorpe, Oakham LE15 7UU presented on 11 June 2019 by Newable Business Loans Limited acting as a Petitioning Creditor of the Company will be heard in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Companies' Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 14 August 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
