Notice is hereby given that on 20th November 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian, Highland and Islands at Portree craving the Court inter alia that BOX CLEVER DESIGN & BUILD SOLUTIONS LTD., with its Registered Office at The Long House, Lower Milovaig, Glendale, Isle of Skye, IV55 8WR be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Portree by interlocutor dated 20th November 2017 ordained the said Box Clever Design & Build Solutions Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Portree within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
