"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rachel Ballinger (IP No. 11510) of StarAdvise Limited, Rural Enterprise Centre, Vincent Carey Road, Rotherwas Industrial Estate, Hereford HR2 6FE be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
