"That the Society be wound up voluntarily in accordance with the provisions of section 123 Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014; and that Gregory Andrew Palfrey (IP No. 9060) and Stephen John Adshead (IP No. 8574) both of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor, Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Society for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
