“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that John Bell (IP No. 5534) of Hawdon Bell & Co, The Old Post Office, 63 Saville Street, North Shields, Tyne & Wear NE30 1AY be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.”
