"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) and Claire Howell (IP No. 23610) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Grays Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
