"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Andrew Butler (IP No. 08695) and Timothy John Edward Dolder (IP No. 9008) both of Opus Restructuring LLP, 1 Radian Court, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8PJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
