NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named company, which is in Administration, are required, on or before 13 March 2017 to prove their debts by sending to the undersigned John Twizell of PKF Geoffrey Martin & Co Limited, 4 Carlton Court, Brown Lane West, Leeds, LS12 6LT, the Joint Administrator of the Company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the Company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to the Joint Administrators to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before his debt was proved. For the avoidance of doubt please note that if you fail to submit a claim you may also be excluded from any distribution.

It is the intention of the Joint Administrators that they shall make an application pursuant to Paragraph 65 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 to the Leeds High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, Leeds District Registry that they be permitted to make payments to the unsecured creditors of the Company. The quantum and timing of any distribution to unsecured creditors has not yet been determined.

The "Prescribed Part" as defined in Section 176A of the Insolvency Act 1986 does not apply in these matters.
