At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS on 7 December 2021 at 3.20 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special resolution and as an Ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Philip Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan David Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
