"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that James David Robinson (IP No. 16092) and Paul Howard Finn (IP No. 5367) both of Finn Associates , Tong Hall, Tong, West Yorkshire BD4 0RR be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
