Notice is hereby given at a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened and held at 14-18 Buckingham Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B19 3HT on 8 November 2022 at 12.30 pm, the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Damian Webb (IP No. 14970) and Christopher Lewis (IP No. 24710) both of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP, 10th Floor, 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3AG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
