Notice is hereby given that on 30 November 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Selkirk Sheriff Court by KAREN CRAWFORD residing at 1 Lady Moss, Tweedbank, Galashiels, TD1 3SB craving inter alia that BORDERS PROPERTY FOR LET LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC433553 and having its registered office at 1 Lady Moss, Tweedbank, Galashiels, TD1 3SB be wound up by the Court and Interim Liquidators to be appointed, in which Petition by Interlocutor dated 2 December 2016 the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge Answers within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service and in the meantime appointed Blair Carnegie Nimmo, KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh and Gerard Anthony Friar, KPMG LLP, Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh to be Provisional Liquidators of said Borders Property For Let Limited, with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Parts II of schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
