Notice is hereby given that on 29 July 2021 a Petition was presented to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Bonnie Gull Ltd., craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that Bonnie Gull Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Hunter Reim, 107 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES, be wound up by the Court and that Richard Gardiner, Insolvency Practitioner, Thomson Cooper Accountants, 3 Castle Court, Dunfermline, KY11 8PD be appointed as interim liquidator, in which Petition Sheriff Ross, by Interlocutor dated 2 August 2021 ordained any persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement.
