A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 3 Moncrieffe Street, Bolton, Lancashire, BL3 6AU, presented by A B AGRI LIMITED whose registered office address is situate at Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London, W1K 4QY, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 7 February 2018 and will be heard at Manchester District Registry, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on Monday 16 April 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).
