Notice is hereby given that Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named Company on 26 January 2021.

Notice is also hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Company are required, on or before 9 March 2021 to prove their debts by delivering their proofs (in the format specified in Rule 14.4 . Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016) to Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA, the Joint Liquidator of the said Company.

If so required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, creditors must provide any document or other evidence which the Joint Liquidator considers is necessary to substantiate the whole or any part of a claim or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
