At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 13/08/2018 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up Voluntarily.

That Kikis Kallis FCCA FABRP of Kallis & Company, Mountview Court, 1148 High Road, Whetstone, London, N20 0RA be appointed Liquidator of the Company.

Adrian Paul Dante was subsequently appointed Liquidator in place of Kikis Kallis by the company's creditors.
