NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 11 December 2020 the following resolutions were passed:

Special resolutions:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That in accordance with the provisions of the Company’s articles of association, the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute to the member of the Company in specie all or any part of the Company’s assets.

Ordinary resolutions:

1. That Malcolm Cohen of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU and Lee Causer of BDO LLP, Two Snowhill, Snow Hill Queensway, Birmingham B4 6GA be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up of the Company. The Joint Liquidators are to act either alone or jointly.
