Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that the Supervisor intends to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within the period of two months from the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 5 July 2019, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to the Supervisor at Benedict Mackenzie Recovery Limited, 93 Tabernacle Street, London, EC2A 4BA and, if so requested by the Supervisor, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary.

Creditors who have not proved their debt by the last date for proving may be excluded from the benefit of this dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt is proved.
