At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 27 May 2022 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. A Special Resolution: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. An Ordinary Resolution: “That Sandra Lillian Mundy (IP No. 9441), and Sue Rosemary Staunton (IP No. 8372) of James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2NP be appointed as joint liquidators of the Company. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be done by one or more of the persons for the time being holding the office of liquidator."
