Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 July 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Bonney (IP No. 9379) and Michael Kiely (IP No. 9617) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactmentto be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Simon Boney, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL
