Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 18 November 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Phillips (IP No. 9320) and Stratford Hamilton (IP No. 12212) both of PCR (London) LLP, Unit 27, The Joiners Shop, Chatham Historic Dockyard, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TZ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.”
