NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the decision by correspondence procedure is to be used to seek a decision from the creditors of the company on the following proposed decisions:

That a creditors’ committee NOT be established

That the joint administrators’ proposals be approved without modification.

The basis of the joint administrators’ remuneration be on a combination of bases: a set amount of £83,500 and 2.5% of distributions paid to creditors. We estimate this to be £24,138.

That the joint administrators’ pre-appointment costs and expenses (excluding VAT) of £75,597.65 be approved.

The joint administrators be authorised to draw category 2 disbursements as incurred.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver their claims and votes to James Cowper Kreston, The White Building, 1-4 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2NP or by email to sgardiner@jamescowper.co.uk by no later than 12 noon on 28 September 2020
