Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 30 January 2020 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Linda Farish (IP No. 009054) and Christopher Ferguson (IP No. 22890) both of RMT, Gosforth Park Avenue, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8EG be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
