On 20 July 2017 a Petition was presented to Livingston Sheriff Court by BMU (Scotland) Limited, a company (number SC462415) having its registered office at Yard 3, Inchcross Industrial Estate, Standhill Road, Bathgate, West Lothian EH48 2HT craving the Court inter alia to order that BMU (Scotland) Limited be wound up by the Court and to appoint Scott Graham Bastick of Condies Business Recovery and Insolvency Limited, 10 Abbey Park Place, Dunfermline KY12 7NZ as interim liquidator. On 20 July 2017 the court appointed a copy of the Petition and of its deliverance to be intimated on the walls of court, appointed notice of the import of the Petition and deliverance and of the particulars specified by act of sederunt to be advertised in The Edinburgh Gazette and Metro newspapers and ordained any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Livingston within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
