NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the members of the above-named Companies on 13 September 2019 the following special resolution was passed for each of the above Companies:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up.

The Companies also passed the following ordinary resolution:
