Notice is hereby given that the joint liquidators propose to make a first interim distribution to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 2 March 2021, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Smith & Williamson LLP, 4th Floor Cumberland House, 15-17 Cumberland Place, Southampton, SO15 2BG, one of the joint liquidators of the Company.

The joint liquidators intend declaring an interim dividend within two months of the last date for proving claims.

Finally, the joint liquidators are required to state the value of the fund (the Prescribed Part) available to unsecured creditors from the Company’s net property under s176A of the Insolvency Act 1986. I would confirm that there are no relevant floating charges over the assets of the Company and therefore the joint liquidators are not required to set aside this fund for the benefit of the unsecured creditors.
