Notice is hereby given that on 14th February 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Dumbarton craving the Court inter alia that B&M PROPERTY MANITENANCE LTD., with its Registered Offce at 28 Ardencaple Drive, Helensburgh, G84 8PS be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Dumbarton by interlocutor dated 14th February 2019 ordained the said B&M Property Maintenance Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dumbarton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
