Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54(6) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) that a meeting of creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Irwin Mitchell LLP, Belmont House, Station Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 1JA on 07 February 2017 at 2.00 pm for the purpose of considering the following resolutions: “That David Perkins of Benedict Mackenzie will vacate office as liquidator and receive his release and discharge and that Henry Shinners and Nick Myers of Smith & Williamson be appointed liquidators of the company.” Proxies to be used at the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one) must be lodged with the current Liquidator at 5-6 The Courtyard, East Park, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 6AG, no later than 12.00 noon on the preceding business day.
