A Petition to wind up the above-named BLUETHORNE TRADING LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act (company number 09532254) and having its registered office at 130 Aztec West, Almondsbury, Bristol, England, BS32 4UB presented on 18 September 2018 by THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR BUSINESS, ENERGY & INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY, c/o Shepherd and Wedderburn LLP, Condor House, 10 St. Paul's Churchyard, London, EC4M SAL (the "Petition") in the public interest will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in London, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 20 November 2018 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
