Notice is hereby given that the Company was placed into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation (insolvent liquidation) on 4 May 2017 and Ian Yerrill (IP No. 8924) of Yerrill Murphy, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH was appointed its Liquidator.

Notice is hereby given, that the Liquidator of the Company intends to make a first distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts on or before 25 July 2019 by sending full details of their claims to the Liquidator at Yerrill Murphy, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, TN24 8DH (fax: 01233 666281; email: Emma.Kinch@yerrillmurphy.co.uk). Creditors must also, if so requested by the Liquidator, provide such further details and documentary evidence to support their claims as the Liquidator deems necessary.

The intended distribution is a first distribution and may be made without regard to any claims not proved by 25 July 2019. A creditor who has not proved his debt by that date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will not be entitled to participate in the intended distribution, which will be made within two months of the last date for proving.
