Notice is hereby given that on 23rd December 2019 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by the directors of Bluebell Holdings (Scotland) Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Bluebell Holdings (Scotland) Limited having their Registered Office at c/o Consilium Chartered Accountants, 169 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Lanark by Interlocutor dated 24th December 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given
