"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher Herron (IP No. 8755) and Nicola Jayne Fisher (IP No. 9090) both of Herron Fisher, Satago Cottage, 360a Brighton Road, Croydon, CR2 6AL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
