At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 415b The Big Peg, 120 Vyse Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B18 6NF on 28 January 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) of Sanderlings Accountancy Services Limited, Sanderling House, Springbrook Lane, Earlswood, Solihull, B94 5SG be appointed liquidator of the company for the purposes of the winding up.”

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 10 February 2020 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender as liquidator.
