“That the Company be wound up voluntarily”

“That Edward M Avery-Gee and Daniel Richardson of CG&Co, Greg’s Building, 1 Booth Street, Manchester M2 4DU, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up”

“That the Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.”
