"THAT the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Nicholas Andrew Hancock (IP no 8697) of UHY Hacker Young turnaround and recovery, Chartered Accountants, St James Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6HT be and is hereby appointed Liquidator purposes of such winding-up."

"THAT the liquidator be and hereby is authorised to distribute all or part of the assets of the company in specie to the shareholders in such proportion as they mutually agree."
