At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the offices of EWSLLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire LE12 7NN on 27 September 2019 the following Resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mark Grahame Tailby (IP No. 9115) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 109 Swan Street, Sileby, Leicestershire, LE12 7NN be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
