Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 26 January 2017 as a special resolution and ordinary resolutions respectively:

“That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Julie Swan and Mark Phillips, both of PCR (London) LLP, St Martin’s House, The Runway, South Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 6SE, (IP Nos 9168 and 9320) be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the Joint Liquidators be entitled to act both jointly and severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 26 January 2017 the appointment of Julie Swan and Mark Phillips of PCR (London) LLP, St Martin’s House, The Runway, South Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 6SE as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
