"That Rebecca Jane Dacre and Simon David Chandler of Mazars LLP of The Pinnacle, 160 Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes, MK9 lFF be appointed as joint liquidators of the company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally."
